Delete your account

Tiny Frontier by Emberly Apps

You can delete your Tiny Frontier account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways.

In the game (fastest)

Open Tiny Frontier and tap the wrench icon on the map to open Settings.
Tap Delete account and data.
Confirm. If you are signed in with Google you may be asked to sign in again to verify it is you.

Deletion happens immediately. The game then starts over on your device as a new anonymous player.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email legal@tinyfrontier.app from the Google account you used to sign in, or include the settler name shown on the leaderboard if you played anonymously. We complete email requests within 30 days and confirm when done.

What is deleted

Your cloud save: progress, stars, coins, tools, settings and settler name.
All of your Open Range leaderboard entries.
Your player ID and, if you signed in, the link to your Google account.
Diagnostic metadata stored with your save (app version, device type, last seen).

What is kept

Purchase records stay with Google Play or the Apple App Store, which we do not control. A new install signed in to the same store account can restore non-consumable purchases from the Trading Post.
Aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you, for up to 14 months.
Anything we must keep to comply with law, for as long as the law requires.

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your progress cannot be recovered. Coins and tools you earned or bought with coins are gone with the save.
